From the mountains of Honduras to your morning ritual.
Our Coffee
A single coffee, presented with care: grown high in the mountains of Honduras, washed, and roasted to a medium profile.

Origin
Our coffee comes from Cerro Grande, La Labor, in the highlands of Honduras.
Honduras is one of Central America's leading coffee origins, and its mountain regions are where specialty coffee thrives.
High-grown
Coffee grown at altitude matures in cooler air, so the cherries ripen more slowly than they would lower down.
This coffee is grown at 1,600 m a.s.l., which is what “high-grown” on the label refers to.
Process
In washed processing the fruit is removed from the coffee seed before it is dried, rather than drying the seed inside the whole cherry.
Roast
A medium roast sits between light and dark roasts, taking the beans further than a light roast while stopping well short of a dark one.
Roasted whole bean
We roast and sell whole bean only, because grinding just before you brew keeps the most aroma in the cup.
Set the grind to suit your method: our Brew Guide gives a grind size for each one.
Whole beans also hold their aroma longer once the bag is open, so keep it sealed between brews.
Preparation
Pour-over, French press, drip or espresso: our brew guide has starting ratios, grind sizes and steps for each.
