Choose your coffee in our shop, add it to your cart and select Checkout. Payment is completed on Shopify's secure hosted checkout.
No: we roast and sell whole bean only, so you can grind fresh for each brew and match the grind to your method.
Our Brew Guide lists a grind size for each method.
Keep it in an airtight container, or the resealed bag, somewhere cool, dark and dry. Avoid the fridge, where moisture and odours can affect the coffee.
For the most aroma, grind only what you need just before you brew.
Our Honduras High-Grown coffee comes from Cerro Grande, La Labor, in Honduras. It is grown at 1,600 metres above sea level, washed, and roasted to a medium profile.
